Thread notes are important in the sense that it helps us keep track of your timeline, thus being able to use it to our advantage. We are able to accurately place each event in the timeline, allowing for better story cohesion. LocationWhat location is this based in? Each city, town, settlement, building, etc. is under your power to create; all provinces, however, must stay the same as they are. You must list one of the former, and one of the latter. Here is the locations thread for a better understanding. TimeWhat time is it in your thread? Simply tell the time of day, and the date. The people of Spera use the Julian calendar. Use the date that the thread was created as the date in the notes if it is in the present day. Use other dates corresponding with the time if it's in the past. WeatherWhat is the weather in this location, currently? NotesAnything extra you want to remind anyone? DescriptionWhat is the description of your thread? What is going on, and why is it going on? Rules of Threads- A thread is not able to contain any NPCs that are important to the story without the consent of the staff.
- A thread is not able to change locations. Check with the staff before you start it.
- It may be continued in a separate thread, however.
- A thread is not able to change the course of the story or make any judgments toward important places or figures. These include, but are not limited to, taking over the nation, killing people - in power or otherwise, destroying locations, etc.
- If your character is in another place at the date of the thread, you cannot post in said thread. This is all for the sake of cohesion.
- One does not simply "win battles".
